Fulfillment & Refund Policy

1. Scope & Delivery

Wiseacre Remarketing provides digital marketing services—such as social media management, content creation, digital advertising, and consulting—as outlined in your signed agreement or project order. Deliverables (strategy documents, content assets, ads) are delivered electronically—via email or shared platforms. Timelines are defined in the project agreement; delays caused by client-side factors may extend delivery without penalty.

2. Refund Policy

  • No refunds once services have been delivered or work has commenced.

  • For prepaid services, if the client cancels at least 7 days before the service start date or project phase, a refund will be issued for the unused portion (after any reasonable administrative fees).

  • Deposits or retainers are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in the contract.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel, clients must notify us in writing via email at hello@wiseacremarketing.com.

  • Full refund for cancellations made 14+ days before the project start date, minus any non-refundable deposit.

  • If a cancellation is requested less than 14 days prior, prepaid amounts are typically non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward future services at our discretion.

  • For ongoing or retainer-based services, cancellations require a 30-day written notice before the next billing cycle.

4. Deliverables & Modifications

  • Final deliverables are shared through agreed digital means.

  • Any changes in project scope require written confirmation and may affect timing and costs.
